GWledlighting.com provides access to a multitude of information, services or data (hereinafter “the content”) on the Internet belonging to GW or its licensors to which the user may have access. The user assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. The user undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents and services offered by GW, not to use them for illicit or illegal activities or those that are contrary to good faith and public order; to disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic, illegal, terrorist or human rights nature; causing damage to the physical and logical systems of GW, its suppliers or third parties, as well as introducing or spreading computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may cause the aforementioned damage.
GW reserves the right to remove all comments and contributions that violate the respect for the dignity of the person, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that violate youth or childhood, public order or safety or that, in its opinion, are not appropriate for publication. In any case, GW will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through the website or other participation tools.

The storage of this data is done through our CRM Teamleader system whose European servers are operated by Amazon Web Services Inc., governed by the GDPR, certified to ISO 27001 (international standard for information security management system) and subscribed to the ‘AWS Data Processing Addendum’. The AWS data centre stores data on encrypted hard drives and continually innovates to protect its content, undergoing all types of external audits to confirm its security.
The data collected by GW from its users are merely identification data, with no request for specially protected data.
GW will keep this data as long as the user does not directly request its deletion in accordance with the terms set out in this document.
5.3. Purpose of the use of the data:
The personal data shared by users through the various means of contact used by GW are provided with their express consent. The data is collected, used, managed and stored by GW in the manner described in this privacy policy. Specifically, the specific purposes of data collection and management by GW are as follows:
